Negative Naglee Moving & Storage,Inc. Reviews
Do your homework and get a second quote. This company over estimates by double. Response time is slow too. They always bang things up.
Yelp
When our shipment arrived, many of the boxes were busted, half opened, or just smashed and broken. They didn't wrap any of our couches or our child's beanbag chair.
Yelp
Our leather couches are all torn up and have marks everywhere. Dressers are all scratched. One table was completely destroyed.
Neutral Naglee Moving & Storage,Inc. Reviews
I had been charged 25% more for my auto transport without warning or a call. Ryan Marsh said he would fix it for me but he hasn't called in 3 weeks. Still waiting.
Yelp
Not happy about the fact that they had an ETA in their system while my stuff was still in their warehouse, and no driver or pickup time was determined, let alone communicated.
Price was excellent, but the process was painful and delayed.
