Negative All In One Moving and Storage Reviews
Yelp
After multiple items were lost or damaged, the company agreed in writing to pay $1,549 within three to four weeks. More than nine weeks later, there was no payment or meaningful communication.
Four months after damage to wood and glass items, the company had not reimbursed or repaired them. Emails and estimates brought only low settlement offers, and an assessment was canceled after they used the wrong address.
The movers broke a new television and damaged a surfboard, yet the company offered only partial reimbursement. Calls and emails went unanswered for months, so the customer escalated the claim to military representatives.
Neutral All In One Moving and Storage Reviews
My movers were careful and courteous, but arrived an hour late with a truck too small for the storage unit. A second delivery cost nearly $1,000, even though the original quote included the unit.
