Negative Heroes Moving and Storage Reviews
Kathleen Hutter, Google
They damaged furniture, doorways, and floors. They offered $250 for the damages after we filed a claim. I do not recommend this company.
Rachel Pest, Google
They were an hour and a half late on the hottest day of the year. Multiple pieces of furniture were damaged and I have left 5 messages with them for the claims adjuster, but I have still not heard anything.
Jacob Collie, Google
Our piano was significantly damaged due to poor placement/wrapping during our move. I have reached out multiple times for assistance in submitting a claim, however, no one has responded.
Neutral Heroes Moving and Storage Reviews
carrie NA, Google
The actual movers were wonderful, but scheduling with Scottie and Jessica was extremely difficult and frustrating to the point that the couch store owner, who highly recommended Heroes, had to intervene.
Jessica Roberts, Google
Move went great up until the end. Then when it got closer to 5pm they rushed and basically threw all of our stuff places in the house. They damaged a brand new bedframe.
konnie ford, Google
They did a great job, were careful, respectful, did anything we asked and packed the pods very well. However I reached out twice because I believe I was over charged and no one has cared to respond.
