I have called six times and emailed five about the damages. Two very nice man came out and they have crayons that they are trying to fix my furniture with. My desk is marble that they chipped.

Not a good experience. My gun safe took at beating because Crocker employees dropped it several feet off their dolly, onto my concrete driveway. Welds broke, fireproofing and paint were damaged. I've been waiting a month now for some repair.
