Negative Mountain Moves, Inc. Reviews
Trent Herman, Google
We booked 1-6PM for a move and got a call at 1PM that they wouldn’t arrive until 5pm. We had reserved loading docks and service elevators.
Hrishi, Google
Bait and switch. They give low estimates and then take their own sweet time. As a result, a 3 hour job took them 6 hours. But for double the price.
V R, Google
I was charged $800 more than the original quote because the drive time exceeded than originally anticipated. The movers themselves were good, however the overall increase in cost was unacceptable.
Neutral Mountain Moves, Inc. Reviews
Kuntal Sengupta, Google
Overall experience is mixed. Always go through the inventory to ship, which I did not do. Landed up paying almost 2x of original estimate. The movers are usually not punctual.
Sergiu Damian, Google
Everything was ok except the price. The company told me that for 2 people it would cost $120 per hour. After 4 hours I was asked for $592!!!
Irving Arguello, Google
Nice and slow ! miss quote, nickel and dime me to $1,600 .
