Fast hands and fair quotes drive the strongest customer feedback. Of 47 reviews analyzed, 39 were positive, or 83.0%. Customers praised careful handling of furniture, plants, artwork, and fragile boxes, plus quick scheduling, flexible changes, respectful crews, and clear updates. Price comments were also favorable: one customer said the estimate was 60–70% of competitors' bids, while another compared four estimates and found Pedro's more competitive. Negative input centers on lost or misplaced belongings, damaged furniture, smoking or profanity at job sites, crews leaving, changing quotes, and unanswered calls.
