Frank provided a fair, reliable quote, answered questions quickly, and accommodated a next-day move. The crew arrived on time, protected floors and doors, and handled furniture carefully.
Negative Luigy's Moving & Storage Reviews
Yelp
The final bill was much higher than the original estimate, and a $2,730 not-to-exceed estimate became $3,900. Items were missing, the inventory was poorly organized, and a lamp shade and headboard were left in storage.
Yelp
We incurred over $6,000 in losses for missing items. We purchased insurance, but the amount was never passed to an insurance company; the manager did not resolve the issues.
Yelp
There was a $700 minimum for condo moves, and charges began when the crew left the office, before arrival. They also billed for pre-move work and would not honor the advertised LivingSocial deal.
