Our summary of Rentacrate
Easy crates, hard scheduling: One customer review was analyzed, and 0% of the feedback was positive. The customer said the crates made moving easier, showing that the product itself can help with the physical work. The main concern involved unreliable timing. Rentacrate did not offer a chosen delivery window, failed to honor a requested change, delivered during a work meeting, and missed pickup without calling. Compared with moving providers that give firm appointment windows and timely updates, this experience points to weaker scheduling and communication. The two-star rating reflects that service gap.
