Yelp
They laid out floor mats to protect our floor from moving stuff in and out to the truck. They reinforced boxes, protected our furniture, and no property was damaged.
Negative Metropolitan Van & Storage, Inc. Reviews
The account manager was nice, but the movers destroyed my furniture and belongings, and the more boxes I open the more I regret using this moving company.
Yelp
Our window was 8-10 am. They didn't show up until 10:30, and at 5:30 pm they still hadn't finished.
Yelp
They broke a table. There are huge gouges in the wall in the stairs. They also broke the lock on the door to the deck.
