Great moving experience: the scheduling team was responsive and worked with me when I needed to reschedule based on my apartment’s loading dock availability; the two-person moving team took great care of our furniture.
Negative California Movers Local & Long Distance Moving Company Reviews
They showed up late and they did not come prepared with a big enough truck, delaying our move for an additional 2 hours. Our items and boxes were continually slammed, dropped and damaged.
Added on extra charges for no reason, and broke over 1k worth of furniture
The move was delayed a few hours until a smaller truck arrived, which caused an increase in cost due to rush hour traffic. Many of our items now have scratches, though thankfully nothing was broken.
Neutral California Movers Local & Long Distance Moving Company Reviews
When the movers arrived, they quoted us a major extra fee that wasn't in our quote ($25/box packing fee). The movers were otherwise quick, effective, and friendly, and got our things from Oakland to SF without damaging anything.
