Negative Movegreen Reviews
Yelp
After a half-mile move, the company broke my 65-inch TV. Its replacement policy offered only 60 cents per pound, about $35 toward replacing a $600 television.
Yelp
They scheduled my pickup for 8–9 a.m., overlooked it, and went to another appointment. After I called, they wanted to make another pickup first, so I canceled.
The contact number was not working, and I had no way to reach the company.
Neutral Movegreen Reviews
Yelp
I had a decent moving experience, but incorrect arrival and departure times made the bill higher. I emailed about ten times without a response and eventually gave up.
