Ashley was very up front in providing me with estimates. Tyler called me with an estimated time of arrival, and the team showed up on the dot. They were so friendly and professional.
They were extremely professional and courteous. Tyler especially showed such care in packing my valuables and large amount of art work. Joe packed every box perfectly with no wasted space.

We had nine pieces of broken, fairly new furniture, including a dining chair with a broken leg and a nightstand missing a six-inch chunk of wood.
The estimate was 1.5 tons low. Boxes were stacked poorly, dishes and keepsakes were broken, furniture could not be reassembled, and a box with a laptop, printers, and hard drives was missing.
