"This was a government-paid move, and I am shocked at how badly it was handled. The packing job was completely careless — nothing like the professional standards I’ve experienced with other government-contracted movers. Boxes were thrown together without proper wrapping or padding, and fragile items were mixed in with heavy ones as if they didn’t matter."

"If I could rate them lower, I would. First thing first, they showed up two hours late and told me they had to leave within 30 minutes due to a prior commitment. They were able to send someone else out, after they took a break to go outside and smoke some weed. They came in and made the whole apartment stink with the smell. They then broke serval items while packing them up."

"Military service member here. This company was hired to move my house hold goods from VA to NC. The day of packing one gentleman was caught reading personal items (letters to/from children), flipping through magazines, asked for a book of matches, and then complained that I didn't provide him lunch (I provided Gatorade and water for them). They didn't pack everything they were supposed to. Middle drawers and cabinets in the kitchen were missed (filled with glassware). Then when we received our HHG in NC multiple items were missing. They stole our son's PS5. Someone from their crew reopened the packed PS5 and replaced it with an extension cord from my garage to give the box weight."
