"Furniture arrived a week later and had many broken pieces including a 200 year old grandfather clock that was separately crated to no avail. Still awaiting outcome as insurance claim is responding very slowly and at their desired pace. I would not recommend this company under any circumstance."

"If I could give zero stars I would. This was my fourth interstate move in fifteen years. Moved with all the major carriers: Allied, United, etc. This was my first move with Bekins and it was the worst. Never again. Driver and crews that loaded and unloaded were great. Corporate team uncommunicative. Tri Valley uncommunicative. They didn’t estimate move correctly so I had an overflow load on a second truck —total disaster. Nobody knew anything and would not provide updates."

"Bekins failed in every aspect of our move. They did not deliver anywhere near the level of service that they advertised or promised. They failed to deliver the moving boxes and accessories on time. They did not show up on the scheduled pickup date. They extorted us for money in order to get our items delivered to our new home in a timely manner. They used unskilled and untrained movers. Lastly, the damaged every piece of furniture that they moved."

"Pay cash! Bekins charged my credit card MORE than the amount on the final bill which I signed at the end of the move. No one called to warn me. In fact, the move coordinator told me to contact my bank when I emailed Bekins to ask about it."

"I moved across country from California to Florida. I contracted with Bekins and instead was loaded into a dirty Wheaton long haul truck. The move went fine on the California end with very nice packers. The van got to California on the last day of the window and the unloaders were very clumsy. Dining room table was broken, which they tried to repair, a chip off my credenza and they couldn’t figure out how to put my wall unit together. My son had to come and tighten all the shelves. I definitely wouldn’t recommend them."
