John and his entire staff kept their word about communicating during the wait, and we had our furniture in one week. That is darn good considering this was cross country.

They never delivered many of our belongings and damaged several items, including our dining table, pedestal, glasses, and bookcase. The claims department did not follow up for over 100 days.
They kept changing the dates and took a month for our luggage to reach us. Fragile items were damaged, and the claims department did not respond.
