Danielle Jones, Google
Used them for our commercial office move. They had no surprise fees, were flexible as our date changed, and the crew was efficient and friendly. I would use them again.
Negative ABC Moving Systems Reviews
Nychelle Blair, Google
The movers were quick and gentle, but an on-duty manager added fees, failed to report damage, and stopped responding. The logistics and follow-up were frustrating.
Sara Mirmirani, Google
Packing was careless and poorly organized; boxes were not labeled clearly. An expensive desk was chipped, a lamp broke, and missed packing led to overtime charges. The pricing was not clear.
Shawn Orr, Google
A $15,000 mixer was dropped; only $600 was covered, leaving $5,500 in repairs. The movers did not report the incident to management. I would not recommend them for heavy or valuable items.
Neutral ABC Moving Systems Reviews
Yelp
We hired ABC for a recent move in LA. I liked the office staff, but the crew packed poorly, broke furniture, used smelly boxes, and over-billed me. After revisions, the bill remained above the quote.
Yelp
I had both locations inspected and the company mostly followed the quoted price. There was minor damage and one missing vase, so I recommend written estimates, moving valuables yourself, and watching where items are placed.
