Complete JOKE! Form says nothing covered if damaged, broken shutters, dropped refrigerator. Insurance doesn’t cover anything. Rude claims person. This form is illegal per state guidelines.
Broke things almost as much as the whole move, charged extra, arrived two days late, and the cost nearly tripled. Items stolen and precious belongings destroyed. Awful experience.
