After unpacking, I discovered damage to multiple belongings. My refrigerator, washer and dryer also have new deep scratches. It has now been a week, and I still have not received the claim form.
My stainless steel refrigerator got deep scratches so its not covered plus they forgot the screw to attach my glasstop to the dining table.
They quoted about 4k$ for the move and it ended up costing almost 10,000$.
