Some of our items grew mold on them because of the water intrusion. We spent extra effort washing our clothes and had to throw away some items because of the mold!

After I hooked up my Tv and saw that I had a crack and it no longer showed a picture. They immediately stopped communication with me.
Jeannie Ceglar, Google
Absolutely the worst moving experience I've ever had. Completely unprofessional, rude, and they added hidden fees after the job was done.

Our summary of Prime Moving LLC
Fast moves, fair value, and careful crews lead Prime Moving’s customer feedback. Across 290 reviews, 279 were positive (96.2%), 11 were negative (3.8%), and none were neutral. Positive feedback repeatedly praises affordable rates, quick response times, fast completion, efficient crews, and respect for furniture and homes. Customers often compare Prime favorably with other movers because they report lower or reasonable prices, short-notice availability, clear communication, and return business. Negative input centers on damaged TVs, mattresses, furniture, and other belongings, including water-related mold and broken items. Some customers report unexpected heavy-item or doubled drive-time charges, missed scheduling details, and weak follow-up. A few describe rude or unprofessional conduct from staff. These problems appear in a small share of the feedback, yet they point to important needs: protect items, explain charges clearly, and respond quickly when damage or scheduling problems occur.
