"The movers brought our furniture last night, finally. This entire process with this company has been one mistake after another. From arriving on site to pick up our stuff and managing to tack on hundreds of dollars in unanticipated fees, putting a hole in the wall moving stuff, and claiming it wasn't there fault. To promising us a delivery date and then completely lying and arriving 8 days after the scheduled date...and putting together some furniture backwards. Thanks for NOTHING Prodigy Moving and Storage."

"We hired Prodigy to help us move a few miles down the street based on all the positive reviews. We figured spending up for the best provider would be worth it. We were wrong. Very wrong. As far as what happened - their movers either lost or stole approximately $7,000 of our belongings on a three mile move...The company then offered us a $700 settlement, has not seemed apologetic at all and, as mentioned above, seems to be aggressively managing their review profile across platforms."

"CHARGES WAY MORE THAN ESTIMATE! Paid over 1000 extra! Never answers the phone or calls back. Charges almost DOUBLE their estimate. Dates are actually 2-7 days from their actual dates. Yelled at by a customer service rep. They FORGOT to charge a fee and force you to pay more or lose your deposit. Don’t take credit cards. And there are hundreds of dollars in hidden fees at pick up. Couldn’t be less ethical or a worse experience."
