Beth T., Yelp
Daniel and his team took wonderful care of our belongings. Through assembly, moving, and reassembly, the process was very smooth.
Negative Royal Moving & Storage Reviews
Bella S., Yelp
They broke my shredder, dented and cracked my wooden floor, and charged extra for an additional roll of plastic wrapping. One mover also took oranges without asking.
John B., Yelp
They originally quoted under $2,000, arrived a full day late, then raised the price above $7,000 after loading the truck. They held the belongings until payment, despite a wheelchair being among the items.
Shannon P., Yelp
We paid for packing and furniture assembly, but the crew lacked packing materials and delivery arrived late. Boxes were poorly packed, items were broken or missing, and furniture parts were lost.
Neutral Royal Moving & Storage Reviews
Julianne B., Yelp
The quote promised 3–4 hours, but the move took 7. Movers were slow and careless, leaving scratches on furniture and walls. Nick later refunded three hours.
Yelp
The guys arrived on time and worked hard, but communication issues led to boxes and heavy items being placed incorrectly. A 10% card surcharge was also unexpected.
Yelp
The move was smooth except when a mover cut open a $2,000 mattress while removing shrink wrap. I was reimbursed about $90.
