Brianna B., Yelp
I've been calling to request the same information since October 8th and it's now October 20th with zero updates and zero answers. I simply want to know an ETA on when my items will arrive.
Shannon P., Yelp
They went past their 21 day delivery window and despite us calling and checking in for over 2 weeks never provided an estimate or current status. They also were missing screws and parts of our dissembled furniture.
Bella S., Yelp
They used excessive amounts of plastic wrapping, then charged me extra for the extra roll they had to use. Prices are expensive.
Neutral Royal Moving & Storage Culver City Reviews

The move dragged on for 7 hours instead of the quoted 3-4 hours. A few of my furniture items have scratches, but I got a refund for 3 hours after speaking with Nick.
