Our summary of Senior Settlers LLC
Stressful moves become settled homes. Customer feedback from all 42 reviews shows 40 positive experiences, or 95.2%; 2 were negative, or 4.8%, and none were neutral. Customers praise the company for combining moving with downsizing, packing, sorting, donations, consignment, hauling, unpacking, room setup, and care for older adults. This hands-on range gives families more support than standard movers that mainly transport boxes, and customers link it to less stress during moves involving dementia or the loss of a loved one. Two negative accounts cite unanswered calls, rushed decisions, and a promised phone-transfer task that was not completed. Better follow-up and dependable delivery would strengthen the strong customer record.
