When the chairs were ultimately unwrapped after delivery, they were stained, showed signs of mold/mildew, and one chair had a broken leg. The claim was denied because we did not unwrap and inspect every item immediately.

The gentlemen were super friendly and courteous. However, for the move in, all of my glassware and dishes were broken, boxes were crushed, and boxes clearly labeled 2nd floor bedroom all ended up on the first floor or basement.
