We did yet another walk-through with the onsite moving team, who quoted us $19K, a whopping $12,000 more than our original quote. We were later informed we would have to pay an additional $3,000.
Alex Garrett, Google
We were quoted $6,300 -ended up being around $12,500. Drivers showed up 2.5 hours late the first day. Movers lost wheels off our bed frame, a TV stand/base, and a couple of Roku players and remotes.

They lost one of our boxes and we got claim approved from the claim company but moving company is not sending the payment.

Our summary of UNLIMITED MOVING AND STORAGE
Careful crews, costly surprises: that is the clearest theme in this feedback. Across 235 reviews, 48 were positive (20.4%), 187 were negative (79.6%), and none were neutral. Positive customers praised careful handling of antiques, pianos, furniture, floors, and electronics. They also described helpful movers who labeled boxes, assembled furniture, worked quickly, and stayed polite under pressure. Customers repeatedly reported quotes that rose sharply, stair and shuttle fees, late arrivals, poor communication, missing belongings, damaged items, and unresolved claims. Compared with other movers mentioned by customers, Unlimited was praised by a small group but was more often described as less reliable and more stressful than established movers or renting a truck independently.
