Extremely unprofessional drivers. There seems to be a lack of professional training in this company. It was extremely pathetic how this driver acted. Please be aware before booking.
My family's stuff showed up 6 days late. We called, emailed, texted. Nothing. No peep from our quote guy or the dispatch manager. Really disappointing.
Several pieces of furniture, which had been crated for shipment, were damaged by someone who carelessly uncrated the furniture with a crowbar leaving obvious gouge marks.
