We had an unconventional moving request: a piece of pharma grade biological equipment from a garage to a lab. They did a great job: the team was curteous, on time, fast, and wore the required PPE.
I had to reschedule my move about 5-6 times and Oren and Lydia accommodated my requests every single time. The movers were fast and careful, and had everything that we needed including blankets and extra packing materials.

They guilted me into a review before I could look at any of my furniture. Several pieces were banged up.

We were quoted based on time and materials, but they insisted on a fixed rate that included two extra hours. They refused to leave, and the lead guy became aggressive and confrontational. My pregnant wife was terrified.
Vivien Offodile, Google
They wanted to carry my huge mirror without wrapping it, despite my providing materials. A fragile box was thrown under an adult bicycle, squashing everything inside. A storage cart and small table were also damaged.
