We hired GR Nowell to pack and load our belongings. After arriving at our new home and unloading we noticed several missing items such as newer tool sets and the Playstation 4. Additionally the movers packed the trailer so poorly that several pieces of furniture were damaged. They charged us for mattress covers but did not wrap them. The mattress protectors that were on the mattresses were ruined and we had to repurchase. Due to their poor packing it took twice as long to unload the trailer, costing us an extra $300 in unloading time. GR Nowell is an absolute disaster. Avoid at all costs.
