I used Precision Moving for 4 different moves between 2019 and 2024, and they have been excellent every time. They have been easy to communicate with, easy to book, show up at the right time, and move very efficiently.
Negative Precision Moving Reviews
They were not told it would be 6 floors with no elevator, even though I explicitly communicated this to their boss the day before. There was no third guy sent.
I was quoted a price, however, when the movers loaded my things the price justed an extra $500. Called customer service and they were very rude and told me they could not do anything about it.

They damaged the stairs in my house dragging furniture upstairs and dropped a very expensive dining room table off of their moving truck completely breaking it.

While on time and polite, the movers didn’t use any blankets or protection (which I’ve never seen before) for my furniture and caused scratches and dents to several items that were previously in perfect condition.
