Urgently needed a piano moved and they showed up the same day! Antoine, Steve, Lamont and Enel were so friendly and professional. It was a difficult move and they nailed it.
Negative Rare Moving & Trucking Company Reviews
Cameron Bowden, Google
The moving team itself was good but they damaged our goods. The major issue was the manager/owner. He wanted to replace our dresser with one that was half the size.
Yelp
They accidentally threw a bunch of our stuff away. The guys who did all the work were amazing, but the two supervisors were not good to deal with.
Yelp
This company has completely gone downhill. They broke things while moving and in storage, dented brand-new hardwood floors, put a hole in a wall, and ruined a door.
Neutral Rare Moving & Trucking Company Reviews
Yelp
The actual move was fine: nothing broken, and the crew was on time and professional. However, about a third of the items stored with RARE were lost and never recovered.
