Negative Step by Step Moving & Storage Reviews
The drivers arrived over 3 hours late due to a truck issue. The move only took 1.5 hours, but I was charged for 3 hours.
They broke a large decorative mirror, but insisted we pay full price for the 4 extra hours and just call the office the next day.
Quoted price was much lower then charged price. For example storage was quoted at $300 then charged $500.
Neutral Step by Step Moving & Storage Reviews
Yelp
Estimate was far below actual cost, but I expected that. Packing was super slow then unloading was way too fast. Everything piled in one room, so I had to put everything in the proper rooms myself.
