Negative Regency Moving & Storage LLC Reviews
Nancy Disharoon, Google
During the move or storage several pieces of furniture were severely damaged, some a total loss. Our insurance claim was denied, and the $200 offered did not cover the repairs or loss.
April Jung, Google
They failed to provide accurate moving costs. After I called twice to confirm, minimum moving hours and surprise fees were included without prior disclosure.
Tyler Joiner, Google
The estimate was terrible, and the move cost what had been estimated even after we moved items ourselves. Doorways, floors, and several items were damaged; the claim process offered little protection.
Neutral Regency Moving & Storage LLC Reviews
Lauren Andrews, Google
The moving staff were amazing, but the company promised the largest truck and a two-day plan, then arrived with two smaller trucks. The owner was rude and condescending when contacted.
