BOS Movers provided a fair, transparent quote with no hidden fees. The crew arrived exactly on time, stayed within the estimated timeframe, and treated my belongings as if they were their own.

They ruined furniture, dropped and broke items, and the owner refused a refund and would not pay or fix provable broken items.
We were quoted for an 8-hour move, but it took 12.5 hours. They sent three movers instead of four, and the owner made excuses without taking responsibility.
The final cost was about three times the estimate, and boxes were not placed in the correct rooms. The truck also broke down and arrived three hours late.
