The crew was very friendly, very caring about the delicate items and made sure that everything was handled with care. They worked very hard and were professional/knowledgeable during the three separate moves.
My move was perfectly smooth thanks to Smith Dray Movers. Their movers Willie and Chris were on time, speedy yet careful with all of my belongings. Also Adrienne and Rhonda were always helpful and thorough. I highly recommend Smith Dray Movers.

What a disaster. This company had been highly recommended and the sales person was terrific. The crew, however, was every person's nightmare. Items were lost or damaged, the crew rushed, and customer support did not help.
Smith Day Line was prompt and the drivers were courteous. However, they damaged a lot of my furniture and the claims process only paid $204, a fraction of the real losses. Very disappointed in the way the damage was handled.
ZERO STARS/ HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE/ DISHONEST COMPANY. My shipment was delayed several days with no proper explanation, and customer service failed to help or keep their promises.
