Negative Mentors Moving & Storage Reviews
Travis Terrell, Google
Poor communication once they get you signed. Stacked items on a ping pong table. Confirmed they would plug everything back in on a Love Sac couch and they did not.
Ian Fraser, Google
Everything looked great, but several items were missing and Chinese vases were busted. He said he would check and get back to us; we never heard from him.
Brian Stacy, Google
We asked them to wrap several furniture pieces, but they only wrapped two. They threw things in the trailer just to make it fit, and several items were damaged.
Neutral Mentors Moving & Storage Reviews
Yelp
I met with Keith and explained I needed movers to move our furniture. When the guys arrived, they started with my parents’ butcher block table. Ten feet in, the table broke into two pieces.

The movers themselves are good. David in the office was professional and friendly. After the job, I was overcharged $300 and the billing representative was rude and dismissive.
Carla Stanley, Google
The movers did a great job wrapping and moving the furniture, but we expected a few boxes for dishes and pans. We had to find boxes and pack those items ourselves.
