Johnathan was almost 2 hours late and also kept lying about his ETA. He arrives with no tools or proper equipment for the furniture that was being moved, even after it was clearly explained over the phone.

Johnathan showed up a little late and not in a company truck. He arrived with his co-worker in a Penske truck. There was minor damage on a bed frame and a few chairs.

Scheduled a move and DID NOT SHOW OR CALL. I was just trying to help a black owned business.
