They handled our furniture with so much care. Everything was properly protected, and they were very careful when moving items through doors and tight spaces to avoid bumps or damage.
Negative Golden Bay Relocation Reviews
Ben Tobias, Google
The packing itself was really haphazard, with food and many important items mixed in with cat stuff and cleaning tools. The move took four hours longer, and I was disappointed.
Elizabeth Kim, Google
Packers ended up coming last night at 8pm! They packed for 2 hours only and left. Today, the movers arrived 1.5 hours later than the contracted time and only two movers showed instead of three.
Kate, Google
They were late and damaged furniture and floors. They stripped the screws in my bed, demanded more in tips, and delayed my claim for weeks.
Neutral Golden Bay Relocation Reviews
Gui Talarico, Google
The crew arrived with two movers instead of three, without prior notice. They lacked experience, ran out of blankets, and took over 10 hours for a two-bedroom move; management eventually offered a fair adjustment.
Riccha Tripati, Google
Got it all done on time without much hands-on work from me. The company can improve its scheduling and time estimates.
