Negative Lux Moving Service LLC Reviews
Leigh Miles, Google
The big boss came to my 1200sq. ft. house, gave me a very reasonable bid, then showed up with a small truck and two young movers ill equipped for the job. Very few packing supplies.
Donald Marram, Google
Bad experience: Stole my pain medication; no wardrobe boxes—everything thrown in boxes; did not empty boxes as paid for; do not have their own truck.
Savage Diva, Google
Yes, drivers are entitled to stop for lunch and yes, parking a big truck can be complicated, but DO NOT stop in a small parking lot and block the ONLY disabled parking stalls available!

Our summary of Lux Moving Service LLC
Smooth moves, fair prices, and careful crews define most customer feedback. Across 45 reviews, 42 were positive, which equals 93.3%. Customers praised organized packing, proper equipment, fast completion, respectful treatment of homes, and affordable rates. Several compared Lux with other movers and reported lower prices, larger trucks, fewer fees, or much shorter completion times. The three negative reports described a small, poorly supplied crew, disrespectful parking conduct, alleged missing medication, and incomplete unpacking. These accounts show that planning, professionalism, and item control need attention even though the positive feedback strongly outweighs the complaints.
