Communication was excellent. They led us through the process and everything arrived after our cross country move in the same condition. I would highly recommend.

Movers showed up early for both pick up and drop off. All employees were professional and efficient. Communication was excellent with prompt answers to questions and check in from our moving coordinator.
Negative Planes Moving & Storage Company Reviews
Yelp
We were quoted about $5k for our move and the final invoice was $1k more than the quote. I received a small credit, but it was not enough.
Christian Provenza, Google
They lost screws I needed for my desk that they took apart for the move and also broke 3 drawers when they were taking my dresser apart. The unloading team left without reassembling my furniture.
Tim Kolar, Google
All of the information shared with us by our salesman was factually incorrect and misleading. We were told the movers would pack and move everything, but extra fees were required.
Neutral Planes Moving & Storage Company Reviews
Kenneth Miller, Google
Loading was prompt, on time and no damage. The 8-day delivery window was a nightmare, and the requested delivery date meant little. Unloading went well with minimal damage.
Judi Harris, Google
Everything started out great. Parts to reassemble my bed are still missing after a week, and the third-party company charged to uncrate my TV.
Jennifer Levin, Google
During delivery, items were missing, furniture had large chips, and couches and dining chairs were poorly wrapped with dust and marks.
