Excellent service. Movers were very professional and patient while moving my elderly mother from her home to assisted living. The two men who moved her were awesome and very careful with her possessions. Good customer interaction and pleasant. Made the move as easy as possible. I highly recommend this company and will use them again!!

The entire team at Cape Cod Moving and Storage are very professional. Doug and Russell and Gina in the office went above and beyond to make the process smooth and stress-free. The movers handled my belongings with great care and attention to detail. I used the storage facility as well which was very clean and they kept wonderful care of my belongings while in storage. I highly recommend Cape Cod Moving and Storage to anyone in need of reliable and trustworthy movers.

I think that bad experiences are just as important to share as positive ones. I would hate for anyone else to have the experience we did. We stopped by to pick up prepurchased and previously used boxes for our upcoming move. When we arrived as planned. We were met with open hosility and sexist behavior by a manager. I was not going to tolerate his rudeness in this brief costumer service interaction and when I challenged him, he made it personal. I found them to be unprofessional and unprepared. No one should be treated the way that we were. So strange and unwarranted. I would recommend going else where, anywhere else.

Just average. Two movers came to help for my moving. One guy was great job. The other guy was just slowly doing his job, VERY SLOW. They charged over time. I paid more than what I've got a quote. Also, he broke my wedding pic frame. Several scratches on some furniture.

What's the worst kind of mover? The kind that doesn't show up. I had arranged for several movers to meet me at a new residence on Cape Cod to unload a truck and move me from one condo to another. At the set date and time, no movers showed up and calls to the many different numbers listed on their website rang through to voicemail. I left several messages, none of which were returned. Several days later, I did reach somebody on the phone, who assured me that I was on their calendar for moving help and that, while she had no idea what could have happened, she would follow-up and get back to me. Not surprisingly, she never did.
