Everyone was polite, accommodating, and easy to deal with. Justin and Sam took the time to look around before bringing our dining room set inside and made sure I was happy with the placement.

They ruined our desk and forgot an entire crate of our belongings. They did not update us about the missing items until I called, and delivery took two weeks.
