They were on time, very professional, super considerate, and reasonably priced. The lead driver Troy was amazing to work with.
Great customer service and communication. The crew brought extra manpower and trucks to pack and move our 4BR house in two days. Every member was professional and hard working.
The owner came with three hours’ notice to give us a quote. The team was extremely flexible, pleasant, and reasonably priced compared to other companies.
Negative Top Notch Moving Solutions Reviews
They damaged my executive desk by scratching it against the front door latch. When I called, they blamed the wrapping instead of accepting responsibility.
The movers damaged my front door and walls and worked very inefficiently.
The movers were slow and messy, left grease stains on new stairs, and left items behind in both homes. They also charged an unexpected piano fee.
Neutral Top Notch Moving Solutions Reviews
They were affordable, quick, and polite, but damaged a cat tree and filing cabinet. Credit-card payment was unavailable on Friday, which was inconvenient.
Yelp
The team was responsive, and two movers were excellent, but they did not protect the new floors or walls. A dresser caused dents and missing trim, and follow-up repairs never came.
Yelp
The movers were friendly, but a two-to three-hour estimate became nearly six hours. They broke an antique jewelry holder and storage-tub lid, and worked more slowly than expected.
