Every staff member, including the delivery teams, was professional, kind and knowledgeable. There was never a time that I had to follow-up regarding next steps. It was all taken care of for me like clockwork.
The movers were on time, respectful, worked hard and worked well together. They communicated with me throughout the day to keep me updated on how things were going.
The sales team was very responsive and honest. The driver texted me with information on delivery. The main office confirmed the dates and time. Our furniture arrived as it left our home.
Negative Clark Moving & Storage Reviews
We are now outside of our delivery window, still in the same situation. The moving company we hired does not know how/if/when they will move our items.
The woman on the phone was so rude I just ended the conversation. She had no interest in helping or answering my questions with her arrogant, condescending attitude.
Yelp
Don't be fooled by the pics; they advertise they are Mayflower. They sent me a United mover, which I did not expect. They hire third-party contractors under the shadow of the Mayflower name. Buyer beware.
Neutral Clark Moving & Storage Reviews
The first person who answered was very polite, but the woman who called back had a condescending voice and seemed rushed. The conversation ended in less than a minute.
