"WORST MOVING EXPERIENCE I'VE EVER HAD!!! They broke an expensive, one-of-a-kind mirror and only offered me $50 to replace it. They drove their truck off the driveway in two different places leaving huge deep ruts in the yard and never even stopped to acknowledge their mistake."

"ETA: One wing of our Ikea Norden Gateleg Table was completely broken off as the truck was being loaded; essentially the table broke in half and is no longer usable...We received the claim settlement offer today, and it's for $90. $90 won't make a dent in replacing $258 worth of damage."

"I initially gave them a glowing review the day of the move on & tipped the movers. 1 day later on Friday, we realized an expensive item was missing, 2 & 4 days after we realized that more items were missing. I spoke with a rep on Friday, Sunday, Tuesday & the following Thursday. The first expensive item was found & left on the truck & that the movers had to move other ppl & couldn’t that day. They kept contacting the truck with the same response & after calling on Thursday & speaking to a mgr we received the printer the next day, 8 days later. I was told once I told her about the other two that i would be called once they contacted the truck. Each time I spoke with them every two days, I was calling them. No one kept us updated & they showed lack of concern. They kept apologizing, but still no one was calling us back to update us. They finally sent a claim form to out & the form says .60/lb/item for reimbursement & you have to agree to terms before submitting it. We call them back & leave a message for the mgr to call us back & it never happened. I dealt with this for over a week, numerous calls, still two missing items & the policy tells us we’ll get a couple of dollars. Mgr Jay reached out a few days later & issued a settlement letter/refund that we both agreed on & mgr Nathan followed up with me to make sure it was received & wanted to go the extra mile to make sure it was taken care of. We had an issue, The mgrs went over & beyond to make sure we were satisfied! It was greatly appreciated!! Thanks again!"

"Edit: Bellhop came in and posted a reply below. While I am upgrading my review from a 2 to a 3 on my review I still wish my sons expensive bed had been properly assembled and the dirt wasn't on my bed and couch. As a customer service expert I can say that referrals from me would have been more valuable I believe someone should have called to ask about the additional damage. But, well done on the rely. I do appreciate the effort. While the movers did a good job and were expeditious but the company itself needs help in customer service area. They broke valuable curio (heavy LARGE ) and we sent the pictures in of the damage within a few minutes and I filled out a claim. I didn't hear back from them even after two emails were sent out. I called and sat on hold for over 15 minutes so I hung up and called back. A woman answered and basically said "you're claim is on hold bc you didn't send pictures in." Yes. We. Did. The movers sent them and so did I. Long story short I had to send three more follow up emails to get the report done and then they offered me $90. NINETY dollars for a huge curio cabinet. It was NOT a cheap one either. So I have had a broken curio taking up a huge corner in my house, boxes I can't unpack and now they offer me not enough to even replace it with something big enough to hold everything that was in it. I saw today that my sons bed was put together wrong and there is black stuff all over my extra couch and my bed ($1600 mattress). It will cost half the amount they offered just to get the cabinet picked up! I HAD to accept the claim because I wrote back to dispute and they STILL haven't responded and honestly I am sick of dealing with this. So, Bellhop before you write "You accepted our claim" just know it was because you have yet to respond and I have no more energy for this issue."

"I was getting quotes for moving and called them. They were pretty friendly at first. When I told them I was still getting quotes, but I would keep them in mind, they seemed to get irritated. They became very short with me and hung up. I wouldn't use the services of someone with such rude customer service."
