I had a great experience with Bellhop thanks to Ilim, Isa, and Alex. They moved everything out of our two-bedroom apartment in under three hours, which honestly exceeded expectations. They were extremely careful with all of our belongings and clearly thought through the order of operations, so nothing felt rushed or sloppy. Everything was handled strategically and efficiently. Excellent value for the quality of work. I would absolutely use them again and recommend this team without hesitation

Ilim Isa and Dima We’re our movers through Bellhop and not only were they safe, efficient, and kind — but there were also incredibly helpful. We had two cars and they understood why we need to do specific rooms first to make sure we didn’t disrupt too much of their routines. They helped pack up everything and crushed it!

Book a moving date with them. Crew no showed and no one from support contacted me. I reached out 3 times and was eventually contacted 4 hours after the job was supposed to start saying they made a mistake. Support then tried to rebook me, which I did not confirm, and when I said that I wouldn’t go forward with them, they billed me anyway for “cancelling” Instead I used KC2 Moving instead, they were 1/3 of the price and provided excellent service. I’d recommend using them or another company.

Day of move-in, first the team is mostly late; then I start hearing 'we don't do that' about every single request. The team didn't even have basic items like cutters or assembly tools. My beds assembly was not well done, we couldn't find my TV which they had thrown with art pieces and claimed they didn't unpack, only for me to find out weeks later that it was there after I'd purchased a replacement (and the original TV was broken). TWO MONTHS later, after I already filed my relocation expenses and having gotten a 'Final' bill immediately after the move, I get an email informing me that they charged an extra $900 to my card without even my approval or heads up.
