Negative Metropolis Moving, Inc. Reviews
Mallory K, Google
Both times there were damages to my furniture: black smudges, upside-down breakables, and tape residue. They did cover upholstery cleaning, but I wish they gave more care to belongings.
Travis Potter, Google
They charged $5 extra for every item, and my $700 quote became $1,000. Boxes arrived crushed, contents were broken, and bed parts were lost.
Marisa M, Google
The process leading up to the move was perfect, and their communication via email was quick and helpful. Unfortunately, there were two movers instead of three, and the furniture was not wrapped. There are scuffs and chips in the wall.
