Negative Bellhop Moving Reviews
Cathryn H., Yelp
The truck arrived five hours late and had only two instead of three movers. The longer move led to a large additional fee, and customer service ignored my dispute.
Jessica, Google
Bellhop charged me $271 to cancel, even though I gave plenty of notice. The contract does not guarantee the move date or time, yet cancellation still costs customers.
K Johnson, Google
Bellhop charged for extra time while the movers waited for a late truck. Furniture was damaged, and repeated calls and messages received no meaningful follow-up.
