Called same day for a furniture move and removal of some. They were so helpful on the phone when I made the reservation. Came out within a couple of hours. Very professional and fast, friendly service by the guys.
Negative College Hunks Hauling Junk & Moving Reviews
The movers were scheduled to arrive between 9-10am. ... I received a call shortly after 9 that they did not have a driver for my move. They were extremely unhelpful and didn't want to propose any next steps.
We had a two-hour window on a Saturday. An hour late, we called and learned the truck was full; they planned to call Monday to reschedule. Their plan was to no-show and wait 48 hours. Unprofessional service.
I arranged for removal of a hot tub and was provided a 'not to exceed' estimate of $400. I emptied the tub for a Saturday appointment—no show. I was rescheduled to Monday, which became another no show.
