I have used Ace a couple of times now and have never been happier with any other provider. The crew was on time, did an amazing job with packing, loading and unloading, and finished on time.
Negative Ace Relocation Systems, Inc. - Atlas Van Lines Reviews
Max Morawski, Google
Dispatch didn't bother to call me to let me know they'd be here. An original painting had been put in a box with coat hangers, which had punctured it multiple times. They had left some stuff behind.
Meirav Rotstein, Google
The movers arrived 5+ hours late to pick up my things, even though I specifically requested a morning slot. The delay disrupted my travel plans and my dog's feeding and medication schedule.
Chetna Khullar, Google
These people took 1 month to ship our stuff from CA to TX and never gave an update on where our stuff is. They misplaced our 3 seater sofa and broke our speaker stands.
Neutral Ace Relocation Systems, Inc. - Atlas Van Lines Reviews
Christoph Krumm, Google
They got our stuff moved within the timeframe they told us, although it was the last possible day. The packing was extremely rushed and poorly done. We had numerous broken items and things packed together nonsensically.
Ting F, Google
I received an additional bill after the move because I did not understand the nuance of a non-binding estimate. Be careful with this provider's quote, educate yourself, and talk to multiple providers before making a choice.
