Our summary of College Hunks Hauling Junk & Moving
Fast, friendly help stands out in this feedback. Out of 1,237 reviews, 94.6% were positive, which puts College Hunks well ahead of many moving and junk removal companies in customer satisfaction. Customer feedback repeatedly praises professional and polite crews, quick moving speed, efficient service, careful handling, and strong communication from booking through arrival. Many people also mention easy scheduling, fair or lower-than-expected pricing, and flexible help with last-minute jobs. Negative input centers on damaged furniture or home surfaces, bills that came in higher than expected, and weak follow-up when customers tried to resolve complaints. A smaller group also reports crews arriving with fewer movers or less equipment than promised. The strongest pattern is clear: most customers describe a smooth, stress-reducing experience, while unhappy customers usually point to damage and poor issue resolution after the move.
