The first moving company to answer listened to my needs. The team was on time, professional, quick, and customer service answered my questions.
Negative Bellhop Moving Reviews
Our scheduled truck did not arrive on the first day. When belongings arrived, they were soaked, including a $4,500 mattress. A damage claim returned only $137.
Movers and truck were two hours late, and I was charged for those hours. I spent an hour on hold trying to correct the bill.
The quote rose from $399 to $1,020 without notification. Customer service gave no explanation, making the pricing feel like a bait-and-switch.
Neutral Bellhop Moving Reviews
The movers were friendly and courteous, but they mistakenly went to the wrong delivery location and charged me for their time.
The crew was nice and worked fast, but they were not professional movers. The lead also tried to bill for extra time.
The team worked well together to get the job done fast. There was a little scuffing on my leather couch, but less damage than with other moving firms.
